Submitted Text & Content Rights

a. Ownership

You retain complete ownership of all intellectual property and copyright associated with the content you submit (“User Content”).
 

b. Temporary License

By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, limited, revocable, royalty-free license to temporarily process the content for plagiarism detection purposes only. This license is valid solely during the scanning session and expires once the report is generated and your content is deleted, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
 

User Conduct and Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Platform by all applicable laws and the following restrictions:
 

  • Do not upload content you don’t own or have permission to use.

  • Do not submit text that is unlawful, defamatory, threatening, harassing, or obscene.

  • Do not use the platform for illegal purposes or any form of misconduct.

  • Do not use automated bots, spiders, or scraping tools to overload or interfere with our systems.

  • Do not attempt to reverse-engineer or tamper with the underlying software or source code.

  • Do not disrupt, damage, or interfere with the security or integrity of the Service.

These Terms are governed by and interpreted by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be exclusively resolved in the courts located in Colombo, Sri Lanka.
